My suggestion is to immerse yourself in the retreat for the full five days to get the best experience. Research suggests that in order to have a transformation, you have to step away for at least four days.
All meals will be provided.
This is an experiential retreat. All sessions include movement and talking in nature's classroom. Every day there will be at least two outdoor events.
Your full presence is requested. Please get a good night's sleep and be ready to find your balance!!
